LuxyList operates as a gifting fulfillment service. Once a gift order is submitted, LuxyList immediately begins providing services..

Because these services begin upon order placement, all sales are considered final. Service fees are earned at the time of order submission and are generally non-refundable.

Recipient Cancellation Requests

Gift recipients may choose to cancel an order or request a refund on behalf of the purchaser and we may grant the request at our sole discretion, however, the service fee is non-refundable.
