Can I decline gifts?

Yes, If you reach out to us before we place the order, we can cancel the gift and refund the gifter, minus our service fee and processing. We recommend reaching out to us within 48 hours of receiving a gift notification. 


While a Gifter’s order cannot be canceled once placed, you may decline delivery. If a shipment is refused and successfully returned according to the retailer’s return policy, we will coordinate the return with the retailer.


Once the retailer confirms receipt of the returned item and processes the refund, a refund will be issued to the gifter minus our fees, and processing.

Return eligibility depends entirely on the retailer’s policies. Some retailers restrict refunds on refused, unclaimed, or undelivered shipments. We strongly recommend reviewing a retailer’s return policy before adding items to your LuxyList.
